Win a custom slide makeover
One winner will receive custom engraving and a single-color Cerakote service for one eligible customer-supplied pistol slide. The winner supplies the slide and pays shipping to VWcustomworks. VWcustomworks covers standard return shipping. Artwork illustrates styles inspired by completed projects; no pictured slide or firearm is included.
How to enter
Store email signup = 1 entry only. Every full $10 spent = 5 extra entries. Rules updated October 10, 2026. Existing eligible subscribers keep their original entry. Bonus entries are available through qualifying website purchases or the separate free-bonus form below. No purchase is necessary to enter or receive bonus entries.
Store email subscription: 1 entry only. Subscribe to the email list at VWcustomworks.com using the signup at the bottom of the website by October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central. Existing subscribers do not need to sign up again. Email signup gives exactly one entry per eligible person. Subscribing again or using additional email addresses does not add subscriber entries. Purchase bonuses and free-form bonuses are separate from this one subscriber entry. The free-bonus form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Purchase bonus entries
Earn 5 bonus entries for every full $10 spent on qualifying purchases at VWcustomworks.com during the bonus-entry period. Qualifying spending is your cumulative product and service subtotal actually paid after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping, gift-card purchases, and canceled or refunded amounts. Examples: $10 = 5 bonus entries; $20 = 10; $50 = 25. With your one subscriber entry, these totals become 6, 11, and 26 entries respectively. Orders must be placed and paid by the cutoff. Purchases are associated with the purchaser using the checkout email address; use the same email for purchases and free-form entry requests.
Free bonus entries through the store form
To receive 5 bonus entries without a purchase, complete the separate Free Bonus Entry form on the store. Include your full name, email address, state of residence, and confirmation that you are at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident. Each valid form submission earns 5 bonus entries. Repeat submissions are permitted, with no limit; refresh the form page to submit another request. No newsletter or marketing subscription is required for this method. Free requests must be received during the same bonus-entry period and by the same cutoff as purchases. There is no bonus-entry cap for either method. Do not email entry requests. Valid bonus entries received before this update remain valid.
Bonus-entry period: From publication of these updated rules on October 10, 2026 through October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central. All valid base and bonus entries are combined in one drawing and receive equal weight, regardless of entry method. A purchase is not required to obtain the same number of entries.
Multiple email addresses do not create additional base entries. Likes, follows, comments, shares and tags are not entries and are not required. There is no minimum like count required to award the prize.
Website email signup also subscribes you to VWcustomworks marketing emails. You may unsubscribe at any time. Purchases and free entry requests do not require a marketing subscription. VWcustomworks, not Meta, collects entry information and handles it under the website Privacy Policy. To be excluded from the giveaway without changing your newsletter subscription, contact sales@vwcustomworks.com before the cutoff.
Drawing and announcement
A random drawing from all valid base and bonus entries received by the cutoff will take place November 1, 2026. The potential winner will be contacted through their entry email address. The winner announcement will be made on VWcustomworks social pages November 1, 2026, subject to verification. Only VWcustomworks will contact the potential winner. No payment, card information or purchase is required to claim the service prize.

Eligibility: U.S. residents age 18 or older who can lawfully own and send an eligible slide for the services offered. Sponsor owners, employees and their immediate households are excluded. Void where prohibited. Eligibility and slide compatibility will be verified before service.
Promotion period: From publication of the giveaway announcement through October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central. Existing eligible subscribers are included. Bonus purchase and free bonus entry methods begin with publication of these updated rules on October 10, 2026. The store form replaces the previously published email-request method. Subscriber, purchase, and valid free bonus entries will be reconciled at the deadline; later entries will not be included.
Prize: One custom engraving service plus one single-color Cerakote service on one winner-supplied pistol slide, plus standard return shipping. Artwork and color are agreed with VWcustomworks before work begins. No slide, firearm, ammunition, cash or additional service is included. The service package normally retails for $280–$450 depending on the agreed custom design. Maximum advertised service value: $450. Standard return shipping is provided in addition.
Odds: Depend on the total number of valid base and bonus entries received. Every valid entry has the same chance of selection. Equivalent bonus entries are available free; a purchase is not required to obtain the same number of entries.
Claim and redemption: The potential winner must respond within 7 days of the first notification and redeem the service within 90 days of verification. If the person is ineligible, declines, cannot be contacted or does not respond within the stated period, another potential winner will be randomly drawn. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Winner pays inbound shipping; sponsor pays standard return shipping. Any applicable prize taxes are the winner's responsibility.
Meta release and acknowledgment: Each participant releases and holds Meta, Facebook and Instagram harmless from liability arising from this promotion, to the extent permitted by law. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
Privacy and administration: Subscriber, purchase, and free-form entry information is used by VWcustomworks to administer the drawing under the website Privacy Policy. Newsletter subscribers also participate in the existing email program. No private email address will be published in the winner announcement. Fraudulent or ineligible entries and duplicate base entries may be disqualified. Valid repeated free bonus requests are permitted. Sponsor may address technical errors or fraud while preserving the fairness of the drawing and complying with applicable law.
